- How do I purchase and send Gift Certificates?
You can purchase Gift Certificates just like any other product. For security reasons, Gift Certificates are not released immediately. All Gift certificates are placed in queue for release upon confirmed payment.
Once the payment of your purchase has been received, your Gift Certificates will be released to your account for use. You can then send the entire amount, or partial amounts to as many recipients as desired.
You can view your balance and send your gifts from your Gift Certificate Account in the General Information section in the "My Account" box on the right when signed in.

- How do I order a custom clothing item?
When you "click" the link for size, just click on the word "Custom" instead of a size. We will email you will a form for the information needed to customize the set for your princess.
If you would like a custom set in a "standard" size, just click the size you desire.

- I make boutique items that I would like to list on this site for sale. How do I do that?
We will gladly list appropriate boutique clothing, hair accessories, totes, jewelry and home items for other boutique designers. Just email us at honee@calicoflamingo.com and we'll be happy to share our very reasonable rates and terms.

- I see an outfit or set that I like, but I would rather have a different fabric. Can I do that?
Yes! If you see a clothing item or tote that is by The Calico Flamingo and would like a different fabric, just take a look at our fabric shop! If we have the fabric listed, we can usually accomodate your request! Just send us an email at honee@calicoflamingo.com

- How long do custom orders take for completion?
Most custom orders are completed within 7 days or sooner. If you are in a rush, just contact us at: honee@calicoflamingo.com and we will work with you to meet your deadline.

- Will my personal information be shared or sold?
No. We value your privacy. No information submitted by a buyer will be shared, sold, reused in lists, or be used for any other purpose than to complete a transaction or address a customer service concern.

- Do you have a return or exchange policy?
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the item. The item must be in the original condition. You may exchange merchandise for items of the same or higher value.

- I need my item fast. Can you ship Express?
Yes, we can ship almost any method that you need! At checkout, just add this information in the comments box. We will contact you with a quote for the additional shipping charges.

You have probably entered yardage amount more then what is instock. Try lowering you yardage, or contact us, and we will gladly tell you how many yards are currently instock.

- I need to order 1/2 yard of fabric or a quanity other than by the yard or fat quarter. What do I do?
We are currently working to allow customers the option to purchase various measrements. In the meantime, the fastest way to order 1/4, 1/2 and 3/4 yard measurements is to contact us at: honee@calicoflamingo.com. We will assist you in your request promptly.
